Refund & Cancellation Policy for Courses
We offer a 7-day refund policy for all our courses not on digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:
- The refund request must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The request must be sent to our support team via email at info@oncevo.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
- The course content must not have been fully consumed or downloaded. We reserve the right to assess the level of course usage before approving refunds.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
- If a significant portion of the course has been accessed or completed.
- If the purchase was made during a special discount, promotional offer, or bundled package, unless explicitly stated.
- In case of violations of our Terms of Service.
Cancellation Policy
Once a course is purchased, cancellations are not allowed beyond the 7-day refund window. If you wish to stop using our services, you may choose not to continue accessing the course. No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the course after the refund period.
